Order Process

Step 1: Send Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation
Submit your inquiry via our “Send Inquiry” button or WhatsApp. Please share key details including target items, capacity, quantity, surface finishing requirements, OEM/ODM logo requirements and target market. Our sales team will reply within 24 hours.

Step 2: Quotation & Technical Specification Confirmation
We will send a formal quotation together with product specs, MOQ, unit price, sample cost, lead time and payment terms. Any modification to bottle size, color or decoration can be discussed at this stage.

Step 3: Sample Service (Optional)
Pre-production samples are available for quality & appearance verification. Stock samples can be delivered quickly; custom-decorated samples require an extra production cycle. Sample freight will be on the buyer’s side.

Step 4: Place Bulk Order & Deposit Payment
Once all details are confirmed, we will issue the proforma invoice for you. Deposit requirements will be confirmed case-by-case (30%-50% based on project complexity). Mass production will be arranged after the deposit is received.

Step 5: Mass Production & Quality Control
We start mass production according to confirmed samples. Strict inspection will be carried out of material, dimension, surface treatment and assembly before shipment.

Step 6: Balance Payment & Shipment Arrangement
When goods are ready, we will inform you of the balance payment. After receiving the balance, we will arrange shipment by sea /train/air /courier. Documents, including packing list and commercial invoice, will be provided.

Step 7: After‑sales Support
We will keep tracking the cargo status. If you have any quality or packaging feedback after receiving goods, please contact us as soon as possible for further support.

‑ Production lead time depends on item model, order quantity and custom decoration requirements.
‑ For OEM & ODM projects, artwork files should be provided by the buyer in AI / PDF vector format.

Packing & Shipping

Standard Packing
An inner plastic bag + a neutral export carton. Separate packing for bottles, pumps and caps to avoid scratches and damage during transit. Custom export packing is available upon request.

Loading & Port
Goods are loaded in cartons for FCL or LCL shipments. Our main loading port is Guangzhou / Shenzhen, China.

Shipping Options
‑ Sea freight: for large‑volume bulk orders
‑ Rail freight: for cost‑effective Eurasian shipments
‑ Air freight: for urgent orders
‑ Express courier: for sample shipments

Shipping Documents
